Where is the Data Stored?
The Pricing Assistant workspaces is stored locally on the user's machine and backed up in the cloud. The users email, first name, and last name are securely stored on Google's Firebase Database. All passwords to accounts are secured by Google's Firebase Authentication. Firebase is responsible for all email/password authentication.

After I download the Pricing Assistant and register, why can't I login?
(Personal computer) Ensure your firewall protection is not to restrictive. Once downloaded, the Pricing Assistant communicates to the website, and two trusted third party services for authentication. If the firewall is to restrictive, it will prevent the Pricing Assistant from communicating. For security purposes, this process must occur upon registration.

What currencies does the Pricing Assistant Support?
Right now the Pricing Assistant only supports United States dollar currency. You will need to export and convert currencies. We are working hard to provide more currencies to our customers such as the EURO and CAD.

What are the product, row, import, and sync limits for each plan?
Standard Plan Limits
• Maximum of 100 manually added rows per tab
• Supports calculations for up to 500 products/services per tab
• Up to 20 tabs per workspace
• Create additional workspaces if you need more capacity
Import Limits
• Import up to 2,000 products/services per tab
• Larger imports may slow down calculation and import performance
• Import thousands of records from Excel datasets across multiple tabs and workspaces
QuickBooks Online Sync Limits
• Product Pricing Plan: Export and sync up to 500 products/services per tab
• Product Pricing Plus Plan: Export and sync up to 1,000 products/services per tab
With 20 tabs per workspace, businesses can organize large catalogs across multiple pricing groups, product categories, or workflows while maintaining pricing control at scale.

Why am I receiving a pop up requiring internet connection for authentication?
Login Requirement & Firewall Notice
The Pricing Assistant requires an internet connection to log in securely. Please ensure you're connected to the internet before attempting to log in.
If you're connected but still unable to log in, your firewall may be blocking access. To resolve this, whitelist the following IP ranges:

Is the Pricing Assistant available in Mac IOS?
Currently, our is not available on Mac iOS, but we’ll keep you updated on any changes.

Can the Pricing Assistant do volume/tier pricing?
Yes. The Pricing Assistant can handle both volume pricing and tier pricing through the Volume Discounts feature.

Click the Volume Discounts button on the left side, select the product(s), enter the quantity breakpoints where pricing changes should activate, and then enter the discount percentage or pricing adjustment.

This feature is available exclusively in the Plus Plan.

Can the Pricing Assistant do promotional pricing?
Yes. The Pricing Assistant supports promotional pricing through the Promotional Pricing feature.

Click the Promotional Pricing button on the left side, select the product(s), enter the discount percentage or pricing adjustment, and choose the start and end date for the promotion.

Once the promotion end date is reached, pricing automatically returns to the original unit price.

How do you set Minimum Margin for products or services?
Yes. The Pricing Assistant supports promotional pricing through the Promotional Pricing feature.

Click the Promotional Pricing button on the left side, select the product(s), enter the discount percentage or pricing adjustment, and choose the start and end date for the promotion.

Once the promotion end date is reached, pricing automatically returns to the original unit price.

How do you set minimum margin percentages or profit thresholds?
Enter your target value in the Minimum Margin % or Minimum Profit $ field on the left side.
If pricing falls below your defined threshold, The Pricing Assistant automatically highlights the item in red so you can review it before updating pricing.
